Ms Anna Moon is a highly qualified Consultant Hand Surgeon dedicated to providing expert orthopaedic care across Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Bringing extensive experience from her background as an NHS consultant, she operates as an independent practitioner focused on delivering personalised, specialist hand and wrist treatments tailored to each patient’s individual needs and recovery goals.
Anna completed her PhD in microsurgical hand surgery and has trained extensively across Europe. She is also the founder of The Bonegevity Clinic, a practice dedicated to bone health, muscle strength and long-term musculoskeletal well-being and healthy ageing.
Jane joined The Hand Clinic as Practice Manager in 2018, having previously worked alongside Ms Moon in private healthcare administration. She holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University and previously taught German and French.
After developing an interest in medical terminology, Jane trained as a Medical Secretary and achieved a distinction in the AMSPAR examination. She is always happy to assist patients with any questions or enquiries.
Helen is a Clinical Specialist in Hand Therapy, working at Droitwich Hospital and Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham. Helen qualified as a Physiotherapist from Birmingham University in 1999 and began working with hand patients in 2007.
Helen worked alongside Hand Surgeons in the NHS at Heartlands Hospital, before moving to private practice in 2004. She has a special interest in treating upper limb conditions and loves assessing and treating hand conditions due to their complex nature. Her passion is returning patients to their individual goals.
Currently a Clinical Specialist in Hand Therapy at BMI Healthcare, Elaine is a highly specialised hand therapist with more than 28 years of experience in hand and wrist therapy. Elaine has been a partner and teacher in NES Hand Therapy Training for 20 years.
Her first senior hand therapy post was at Mount Vernon Hospital. She went on to develop specialised skills in hand, wrist and WRULD injuries and disorders at Wellington Hospital Hand Unit and then at BMI Hendon and Droitwich Spa.
